Before establishing the firm, Mandi spent over 5+ years working across permanent residency streams, family sponsorship, temporary resident matters, and procedural fairness responses. That experience now informs every file the firm accepts.
Her approach is straightforward: take fewer files, prepare each one as if it will be scrutinized, and communicate honestly with clients about what is realistic. She works directly with every client — there is no junior handoff.
